Manchester United Eyes Manuel Ugarte Transfer Amid Bargain Opportunities
Manchester United is targeting Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte for a summer transfer. PSG, his current club, is willing to sell if they recoup most of the £51m spent last summer. The Red Devils' initial bid was rejected, but negotiations are ongoing. Ugarte, happy in Paris, remains open to a move which suits United's transfer budget.
